The HR round decided by preparation, not personality. This course covers self-introduction structure, 'tell me about yourself' versus 'walk me through your resume', strengths and weaknesses answered without clichés, why this company, career goals, relocation and bond questions, salary expectations, and gap or backlog explanations.
Behavioural questions are handled with the STAR method applied to student situations — projects, team conflict, deadlines, failure — plus the questions you should ask the interviewer, body language and tone notes for virtual interviews, and a rehearsal checklist for the day before.
Many students clear the technical rounds and lose the offer here, because HR answers are judged on clarity, consistency with the resume and evidence rather than confidence alone. A rehearsed set of six or seven core answers covers the majority of any HR conversation.

Sixty to ninety seconds: who you are academically, two things you have actually built or learned, one strength backed by evidence, then why this role. Do not narrate your resume line by line.
Name a real, non-critical weakness, then describe the specific correction you are already making and its result. Avoid 'I work too hard' style answers — interviewers score honesty and self-awareness.
For campus roles the package is usually fixed, so state that you are aligned with the standard offer. For off-campus roles, quote a researched range for the role and city rather than a single number.
