Digital Content Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you have accessed the digital content. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Premium DSA sheets and problem sets
  • Downloadable PDF resources and notes
  • Access to premium courses and videos
  • Interview preparation kits
  • Project source codes and repositories
  • Telegram group access

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Payment Error: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error.
  • No Access Received: If you did not receive access to the purchased content within 24 hours of payment and the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Wrong Product: If you received access to a different product than what you purchased.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • After accessing, downloading, or viewing any part of the digital content
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Claim that the content was not useful or did not meet expectations
  • Failure to use the content within the subscription period
  • If the content was shared or transferred to others
  • Technical issues on the user's end (internet, device compatibility, etc.)

Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • All refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Date of purchase
  • Product name
  • Detailed reason for the refund request
